All processes within Assuria are subject to a Corporate Governance Code. This Code contains guidelines for the actions and functioning of the bodies in the company. The aim of this Code is to ensure good governance and optimal internal and external transparency.

The Code is in the interest of all stakeholders involved in the company, including shareholders, employees, customers, the Surinamese government and the rest of society.
